I just think that expecting, or even asking for these things just sets you up for disappointment. I think it's better to expect a neat toy then say "gun mode or bust!"

I think if they did all those things well then yes, it would be an incredibly impressive thing. If it came off feeling like a wobbly, unposable mess than I don't think anyone would clap them on the back.

Still, I'm with you! Dream big, aim for all of it. No reason to hope for less, since no one ever gets everything they want out of a 3rd party figure...

Well except... I mean I REALLY love Maketoys Giant. A LOT. But even so, the trailer/generator/arms did feel out of place... ok yes there you go. No such thing as a perfect figure (or combiner).

I am sure this has already been discussed but what seems to be the logic of showing silhouettes of the combined mode. It doesn't make me want to buy the figure based on a shadow. When they have effctively released two figures out of 6 or 5 for Hades thye must know what the others will be. I suppose I dont like teasers, up front and honest for me and then I will decide. Oh well just wondering.

DeathCobra is the 7th member of the BrestForce, though.

    Guyhawk- Right Arm Jet
    Hellbat- Left Arm Jet
    Drillhorn- Right Leg Driller
    KillBison- Left Leg Tank
    Jaruga- Hip Missile Launching Buggy

    DeathCobra- (Ex)Left Arm Copter.

This discussion is why we'll likely get at least one more 3P Piranacon in the next year. Because there will be lessons learned here another 3P will apply.

I just want all six members to be somehow integrated into the combiner. If that means his sword and gun are formed from the six guy's components I'll live.

I could also live with one guy being a dedicated gun if it means they can focus on a good gun mode and a stable bot.

Also, if Hades sells well enough I could see TFC makimg DeathCobra later.

I don't have $300 to set aside for this guy without knowing any idea what the colors, limbs, or Targetmaster status of the combiner looks like.

I've been disappointed by TFC multiple times in the past, and reviews of TFC products I never owned (their Predaking) have confirmed my earlier impressions.

The Seacons are the only combiner that I really want but don't yet have a representation of. I'm impressed by the early samples, but after my other experiences and the reviews of other products, I'm not pulling the trigger on a TFC product until I see solid positive reviews.

I've got all of the TFC combiners and I love them all. Uranos is the weakest, but still worth having for a CHUG collection. Having said that, I have no attachment to the Seacons, but I'm still thinking about jumping into this project.

Grey prototype images of all 3 figures added to the first post for convenience.

    Lack of colour is annoying.

Is there any idea of scale and size of the individual figures or combined mode?

Still far too many unanswered questions....

Not that I'm aware of. We're missing the following info:

    1) Colors.
    2) Scale.
    3) Combined mode (individual limbs or otherwise)
    4) Any idea how the 6th member integrates.

As somebody who has yet to dive into the world of 3Ps, is this typical timing for TFC (or a combiner in general?)

Exactly why I am not preordering. Too many unknowns at this point.

Very tempted to get Mentarazor to scratch the beast wars itch but $100/ figure is pushing it...

Scale we do have a vague idea of thanks to a picture, they're similar to the Liokaiser stuff

But I'm holding out for colours

While I do like how these figures look, I will admit that I'll be waiting until I see some official color images before ordering, as I don't have the strongest connection to these team

But they do look cool thus far^^

If you step back and look at them, they look like fancy deluxe class figures.

The Seacons are probably the team I have the most connection to next to Getaway. So not having more info is killing me because I have sworn from Day 1 I would not scratch the 3P itch until somebody did Piranacon.

But yeah, can't do it until I know more. My hope, honestly, is that by the time we know more about Poseidon either Takara or Hasbro announces/reveals/lets on Piranacon is happening.
