He looks cool from a slight distance but I'm starting to suspect the head may be a little doofy.

my fave comic character besides Wolverine,and this figure is totally coolest of all the
crossover lines.Altho that Spiderman helicopter looks pretty good I might get that too.I
so can't wait to get these.

Ghost Rider is my ultimate favorite super hero/comic character. No way I can pass this one up. I love how his torso looks like a skull, just like Gaiking. Freakin awesome!!!!

Pretty nice looking. But not much repaint potential. I can see it being repainted and/or remolded as Vengeance or the original Johnny Blaze GR, but that's about it.

I thought they were set on forgetting that Dan Ketch ever was Ghost Rider? Like, he had a brief resurgence last year, but for the rest of the 2000's it's been Blaze.

 

I too will nabbing that Ghost Rider X-over... I might even replace that plastic chain w/ a real one.

Was the Punisher Marvel X-over TF confirmed canceled or is it still coming out?

 

It's been canceled, along with the Human Torch repaint. Though the tooling for the gun won't go to waist, as they're using it for another Iron Man crossover figure...

Anybody know if the Marvel panel has happend yet or not? I'm curious to know if the 2-pack Spiderman crossover is getting released on it's own or not. The Iron Man one is getting repainted on it's own.

 

Y'know, I'm starting to think Marvel TFs will soon be canned. We're not seeing anything beyond the next wave, stuff like the Punisher, the Thing, has been cancelled to re-do those characters as mega-popular top-tier chars they've already done, no mention of the Iron Man/War Machine 2-pack at SDCC, making me think THEY'RE cancelled too... I think Ghost Rider might be the last new mold we see, here.

 

Very good point. The Marvel toys panel is tomorrow, so we should hopefully find out what the future of the Marvel crossovers is going to be.

Tformers has some more pictures of both the Star Wars and Marvel crossover figures in the displays. Looking at the pack of Ghost Rider's card, it does show that the copter Spiderman is getting released on it's own. Hopefully Ghost Rider's wave comes out (I'd love to get the copter Spiderman for a kitbash).

 

I was just thinking that some might buy two so he can ride himself. The alt mode selections for Marvel crossover figures sometimes seem odd, but this is one that actually makes sense.

 

Hmm I was just thinking since there can be more than one Ghost Rider in Marvel now this doesn't have to be a Mech like the other crossover figures, but and actual Cybertronian that turns into a Ghost Rider  

Yeah it seemed that way for a while, but he's back the last big arch was about him killing all the other Ghost Riders and taking their powers and add to his own for an Angel that tricked him to start a civil and take over Heaven, and he also had a mini series.  

 

Well, the Marvel toy panel has come and gone, and checking out various sites, Marvel TFs weren't mentioned even in Q&A.

I think it's safe to assume we're on the last waves of this toyline.
