If you are selling Transformers it makes sense to sell it at an event with thousands of Transformers fans looking to buy vs a general toy show where there are maybe 30-40 people interested in what you have.

 

Hope you dealers don't have to jack your prices to be there. Most of us have eBay in our pocket.

 

Trying to figure out how well I can meet the 50% requirement. Is that by dollar amount or volume?

 

I still prefer to shop when I can see the items in person rather than going on ebay. The usual vendors are Captured Prey, TF Source, The Chosen Prime, etc.

50% is by volume if I remember correctly.

 

Are the Aaron Archer Workshop and the custom class mutually exclusive events or are they happening at different times on Friday?

 

Is it possible to sell transformers to dealers? I have a decent amount of stuff I"d like to get rid of and I was thinking of bringing it with me.

Have any of the exclusives been announced? From what I can gather, various 3P vendors will have them at their individual tables. I'd like to know in advance what tables I'll need to hit up.

 

No exclusives have been announced yet but I am sure that the organizers would announce them sometime this summer.

Whoohoo! My first TFCon, it better not let me down. Alright DC, as a humble Canadian from the Pacific Northwest in Vancouver, I am going to come on down and laugh at the sorry state of the nation (if it still exists) and then apologize and bear gifts of maple syrup and beaver pelts. I will be pleased if I see Megatron tearing sh!t up on the Hill, and hopefully the WH.

Woohoo! I'm excited to get to go again, and to bring my daughter to her first Transformers convention! I still can't believe it's taking place so close to me this year!

Yo guys and gals, my dad and I are officially going to our first TF convention this summer with this! So stoke to go, but I had a few questions that maybe some previous con goers can answer for me and help me out with?

1. I noticed that tickets for the main con are for Sat and Sun, so...what happens on Friday? I think the customizing class happens on Friday but...what else? Is it even worth going on Friday, is anyone there? Not sure if I wanna do the class or not, it'd be a cool experience but $80 could go to somethign else easily at the con.

2. To get a Saturday pass or weekend pass...would it be worth going both days? Is the con big enough to justify? Or would Saturday only be fine in y'all's opinions?

3. Any other general knowledge I should know about for a TF convention like this?
