Too many events being cancelled (such Pokemon Tournament , Seiyuu Award , NBA tournament and now E3) due to Covid19.

Does anyone know if we\'re still getting MPM ratchet and screamer?

 

I was thinking about taking advantage of the cheap flights but I had a feeling they\'d have to cancel. 

 

Wouldn't that be irresponsible to those around you to travel around when you don't need to?

Thought I read somewhere you might be left with lung damage if you survive coronavirus infection.

 

I was looking forward to this but cancellation was inevitable at this point. I just hope it can be rescheduled for later in the year.

In the meantime, if you're stuck with tickets to Orlando, there's a silver lining in that there are a LOT of vintage toy stores in the area.

 

pour one out for the artists and dealers who rely on event like these to pay their bills.
maybe once your ticket, air fare, and hotel fees get refunded, see if your favorite dealer or artists have a web site. and buy something from them. with all of the con cancellations they're gonna have a rough time.

also, without the con, to have a panel at, what happens to all the third party toy reveals? are those just gonna get shown off online?

 

There is always comic con for artists and vendors but it’s there choice to go if it’s. It cancelled

Whelp....

Big bummer but it was inevitable and for the best. Ultimately, it’s just “stuff” y’know? Our health comes first. I guess I’ll just have to take my con haul list online and grab some stuff there.

I'm sorry to see that this was cancelled. I wasn't planning on attending, but I can see how this is disappointing to those who were going to go. Unfortunately we need to contain the spread of this virus and the powers that we elected believe that limiting public gatherings is the best way to do it.

I hope there is comfort in knowing that other events, such as St. Patrick's Day parades, sports events, and concerts are victims of this as well. Misery loves company, am I right?

 

I really would hate for TFCon Toronto to get cancelled now.

 

With CNY and then Covid, I doubt there would have been much new or updated 3P on show.

But disappointing for those who were going  

 

Good. There should only be ONE (or max two) TFCON Per year (the one in Toronto of course), not three...

 

Wtf kind of logic is this? Are you actually tilted at the idea of multiple TFCon events in a year?
