    I was thinking to myself "why does that face remind me so much of the kinda-off Titans Return face?" and then it hit me that it makes total sense to use that one as the basis for a Headmaster toy like this one.

    If you want a windblade why buy a bot thats coloured as windblade instead of an actual windblade?

    I own rid Windblade. Custom. I don't feel the need for a simil-to-Athena repainted, though she is nice.

    It isn’t that I want a Windblade per se. I like the way this looks and don’t own any version of the character or mold.

    Love the name WheelBlade! :) 
    I'm not much into the 'new' G1 characters like Windblade & Drift, but this mold really works for her.
    And I can't get over how posable that Headmaster is!!! :eek:

    You’re right! Ha. Makes me want this even more. I never managed to find the TR Windblade so now I’m back on the hunt for one.

    Someone asked TCP on Instagram about the head socket and they replied that their sample pulls out smoothly so hopefully that little issue has been fixed.

    When I see this mold, all I see is TFA Jazz...

    ... which isn't a bad thing, because I thought most of the TFA figures were brilliant. But stylistically, neither Athena nor WheelBlade fit with the rest of my MP collection. That, and I personally have zero investment in Minerva or WingBlade. The best thing about Athena, though, is that she doesn't look like a naked metal woman carrying a motorcycle on her back. If the "male" Transformers can armour-up, then the "female" ones should be able to as well.

    Just image if the repaint is using TFA Jazz, it will be a upgrade from C to G.
