Same, joints are all solid on mine and she feels as robust as past Fans Hobby toys. I think she may give the illusion of being more fragile because she’s a smaller bot with thin car shell pieces on her, whereas all previous FH bots are thick, chonky boys.

The only two issues mine had were the door panel tabs needing to be thickened because they didn’t tab tightly in bot mode and the headmaster needing some tab trimming to pull out more easily.

Athena is no where near the level of quality of let's say Power Baser or Double Evil. I really enjoyed Double Evil and was so happy to hear that they were going make some Headmaster Jrs but Athena turned out to be so lacking. The hands are awkward, they so long and thin and don't use the rail system that other Fans Hobby releases use. They remind me of when Gundam uses the all purpose posable hands, they are just not as good as the fixed position hands. The panels that peg onto the calves don't tab in securely. Knees are a little on the floppy side as well as the ab crunch. The white plastic feels slightly grainy, not 3D printed grainy but doesn't feel as smooth as it could be. And then there's the top-of-the-car-kibble backback. Fans Hobby didn't even try to clean that up. If the windshield could have spun around and laid flat against the rear windshield and then bring the spoiler up it would looked a lot better. With the exception of the backpack, which can be partsformed off, these are rather minor complaints but they weigh equally on what is good about the toy.

It's a $60 third party release and you get what you paid for. No more no less.

Nice. A female transformer that doesn't just tuck up into a huge shell/backpack. And yet makes a decent car form.

I'm just glad we are having a convention. Even though it's virtual. Hopefully we will see some new stuff. I know the past few conventions have been just updates of stuff, but hopefully this will go back to new reveals. It would be a nice break

This is really cute! It's not for me at all, but it is still a great, unique concept.

I like the headsculpt, and I like Athena, but I don't think I need this. Windblade as a car just doesn't make sense to me.

    That looks hilariously bad.

Appropriate, because this mould is dogshit and should be erased from existence for sullying Minerva's name and image.
