this is a fanbased transformers both in the usa and in canada. they do have some nice guest and panels and its is really runed good. but have ties with hasbro

 

It would be nice if masks were required or something. I am sure they will wait til it gets closer to make decisions. I think the DC area still mandates masks, that might just be in schools and touristy buildings though.

 

I\'d love to be able to meet someone there. Ya know, get to know a few chumps to share my love of TF with before going. This\'ll be my first time, but Unfortunately all of my friends have nothing to do with Transformers, and could care less lol. I\'ve got a pretty developed YT channel to share my love of TF\'s on, so maybe I\'ll talk about this in one of my videos and get the attention of someone else going.

TFCon is a fan convention, but it's very well-run. The last one I went to (back in 2019) had multiple cool 3rd party exclusives as well, but you had to get there early on saturday (or pay extra for the friday night pass) if you wanted to be sure to get them. I got there around 11 on Saturday and all that was left was some MMC Sphinxes in G2 colors.

That being said... get the vaccine. Even with the Delta variant there's not much to worry about if you're fully vaccinated. I'll definitely mask up on the show floor but that's more out of habit now than actual necessity.

I'm officially going to this convention I'm really hoping Mr. Kaye will be there even with the crazy things going on.

 

I got to meet Danny Kaye at a Ratchet & Clank screening a few years ago. He's an absolute gentleman and very kind.

 

Every announcement is just getting me more hyped for the con; October cannot come soon enough. I am a whole adult woman who has been going to cons since I was a teenager and I have hardly ever been this excited for one.
