So TFCon is sadly now over. Always a little sad whenever TFCon ends, but at least I had a great time there! Anyways in preperation for TFCon, I made quite a few art pieces and I wanted to share them here. This was the art piece I entered for TFCon's art contest. Sadly didn't win, but I still believe I did a stellar job on this pic! I'm very pround of it and Team Athenia REALLY needs to be drawn more. There's a little Easter Egg in the pic. I worked on this for hours the night before I left for TFCon and I didn't complete it til 3am. lol It's of course based on the MP version of Grimlock, but I decided to colour him like his G1 self. Gregg Berger really liked it and I was honoured that he signed it for me. This character is named Wiseman and he's my favourite character that Neil Kaplan voiced! He's the main antagonist from a Gamecube game called Baten Kaitos Origins. It's definitely the creepiest and slowest voice he's ever created. Neil Kaplan really liked it and I was super thankful that he signed it too. I worked on this for Neil Kaplan, but as it turns out, when I spoke with him apparently he didn't voice Captain Yammamoto. It's weird because all the credits on various sites say it's him and it even sounds like him, but according to Neil himself, he apparently hasn't voiced in Bleach and it's some other guy. It's a shame though, had I known in advance, I would have drawn him a Madara Uchiha instead... Oh well. Yeah, a real shock, isn't it? I think he named someone really quick, but even when I asked if he voiced in Bleach or not, he told me that he had not. It's so strange though. Every site I've been to credits him as that character and it sounds like him to me. Anyways I was sort of sad I couldn't give his second gift. Thank you so much!
