I got it don't like it, want to get rid of it and make a donation to TFW. Have to check e-bay see what it will go for.
So apparently mine was shipped a while back and I should have received it by now. BUT, I emailed the club and after a couple of emails I am getting a replacement!! Sweet customer service indeed!!
I guess im in the same boat as you Mr Roboto... problem is that EVERY fricking year mine gets lost and they need to send a replacement ~sigh~ Gotta send an email now...
They sent my replacement on the 7th and I received it just today!! That was a quick turnaround. I'm impressed.
