So do they say what the frequency of the TFSS will be in terms of months?

No, unfortunately it was only a brief mention in "Brian's Bytes & Bolts" section. They just thanked everyone for their patience.

Note: I added a scan of the cover to my original post.

I'm still shocked to find out that this thing is actually printed like it's 1998, and there isn't an online version in 2013.

Did they say anything about what the club figure would be for next year?

No, I assume that would likely be announced at Botcon.

Right. BTW, am I the only one who thinks Botcon is starting to run out of steam?

Depends on what you mean by running out of steam.

Bar a couple of recent conventions, the show seems to gather as many participants as it ever has. It remains quite popular, overall.

I certainly think that the quality of the exclusives has been hit and miss, with this year looking to be a serious "miss," and do wonder if the current folks running the show may, themselves, be running out of ideas. But even there, I haven't seen a consistent pattern of declining sets. Rather, again, "hit and miss."

Not in terms of people steam, right.

I meant creative steam. I just keep thinking how much longer before the folks at Fun Pub run out of ideas.

    So anyways, a breakdown.

    1 (cover), Botcon 2013 promo.
    2. Pete says the new web site will be up "soon". Brian says the subscription figures will be delivered "on time" after Botcon. Of course "soon" and "on time" do not have the same meaning at the club that normal earth humans have for those terms.
    3. Botcon ad for Rescue Bots crew and Artist Alley.
4-5. A 2 page spread of the TF multiverse as a flow chart.
    6. Pete talks about some people at Joecon named Fairborn.
    7. Beast Wars Shattered Glass part 3. The "Predacons" chase the Maximals to a cliff.
    8. Magnus spots a bridge. Megatron makes threats.
    9. Magnus gets his free "I'm a badass" moment to sell his new toy, blasting Megatron and burying him.
    10. Magnus flies away from the fight and impresses Silverbolt.
    11. The "Predacons" dig up Megatron, who spots a face carved in the cliff face, with technology showing behind it.
    12. Back at the Maximal ship, Depth Charge has an exposition moment, telling that world are being destroyed, and he was sent there because there is a power on this planet that can stop it.
    13. Transformers Menagerie of the 3 basic Insecticons recounting their TV series origin. Also mentions that the sweeps inheritied their ability to clone themselves... Yes, that's official now.
    14. Scylla bio - She's there to distact opponents. Grimlock programmed the Autobot protoform based on Elita-1.
    15. Autojetter bio - Grimlock programmed the Autobot protoform to be a new hybrid of Autobot and Dinobot design.
    16. Transformers IQ. Beast mode edition. Has trivia with Insecticons, Greatshot, Decepticon Headmasters, Sky Lynx and Thundertron. Recordicons with SG Steeljaw, SG Ravage and Solarbot. TF IQ Trivia bonus talks about Headmasters and Targetmasters being the first melding of Transformers and organic.
