so basically i'd have to remove a layer of clear to even get to the stripes i guess? hmmm. how do you like the figure btw biomec? i seem to see you around lots of the same threads i visit, so your opinion would interest me.

 

All 3 are quite good tbh, lots of ratchets, nice alt modes, the transformation is difficult the first time for all 3, but it gets a lot easier as you transform them regularly. The combined mode is also very good, just leave the back flaps of Road Caesar untabbed (his thighs or Wildhunter's forearms) for better articulation. Only the combined mode hands can not be stored as far as I now, so is almost a fully "integrated combiner" so to speak.

Red Knight is probably my favorite, the alt-mode is so cool, but I think Wildhunter is the best overall.

 

i'm probably "that guy" that will only buy one of the 3 figures. i haven't gotten an attachment to road ceasar and while he looks cool for some reason he looks very "non TF" type of aesthetic to me (honestly red knight looks a bit different from the general TF aesthetic to me too but not so far off all by himself). i never got too far into the japanese trilogy etc...thats probably why. wildhunter's alt mode reminds me of RC cars i used to like growing up bug it seems (to me) and odd choice for an alt mode when the other two are 2 of the most iconic exotic cars of the 80s (well i guess countach is 70s but it was updated in the 80s). anyway, thanks for the input! of course i might get red knight and like it so much that i'd get the other 2 at some point. haha.

Anyone know a place selling this whole set? Can't seem to find it anywhere. May have to piecemeal it off ebay.

 

There's a couple on aliexpress, the sellers have alright records, but apparently never sold any copies of them. So take that as you will and proceed with caution.

I've only ever bought a figure on there once though and it went fine.
