Question: does this release include both the older, conical nuclear missile tip as well as the rounded upgrade kit tip? The stock photos go back and forth on which one they show.

 

I only found the new, transforming nose cone in the box with mine.

 

i wish it came with both....not a deal breaker

Definitely getting this. I am glad I waited for this particular deco.

 

I recieved my Ice Wolf (I'm not calling him that) today from ShowZ. I added Decepticon symbols and I gave the optics a metallic orange paint job. I absolutely love the new head sculpt...and sadly he does not come with the pointed missle tip. Here's a few pics, is anyone wants pics of the power mode, let me know. FYI, I'm selling my Nuclear Blast version.

Doesn't he come with the more gas mask looking head sculpt?
Also for a name, he just makes me think 'stalker'. Maybe it's the snow camo which feels russian and the game stalker which is also in that same ballpark, but if i get him, that's what I would name him. That said, I definitely only want him if he comes with the gas mask face.

There is a Decepticon Stalker too which is a missile carrier in alt mode.

 

The gasmask is an attachment for that head that clips onto it.

I honestly don't know? I haven't tried transforming it back to vehicle mode, let alone with it on. The Nuclear Blast head is on by default so you need to remove a single screw in the back of both heads to take them apart and swap them, then that gasmask accessory clips onto it at the ears basically and isn't a permanent attachment. I think it can also clip on backwards for storage and that may be to let it transform/store in vehicle mode?

It comes with the Nuclear Blast head, with the targeting sensor headband thing.

 

Thanks for that info. I have 0 experience with the mold but it looks like it has a bunch of storage spots in alt mode iirc from photos, so maybe even if those gas mask face pieces have to come off, they can store in alt mode.

Really want to buy one of these but I've got 4 other things balances are due for and don't think I can manage it.

Just got mine from the Show-Z sale. This is my first experience with the mold, and I'm glad I passed on the first few iterations. Very solid figure and deserves the hype.

 

U.S. Navy camo is green, now. Has been for a few years.

 

That's where I got mine, cashed in some points and got out for $120.

 

This is a great figure. Definitely gonna have to go in on the Nova Prime remold if it comes out. Had to repaint the eyes on the new head though - not a fan of lightpiping.
