That looks like the cat head which is a bit disappointing. Oh well.

 

I don't mind the new monster head, to me, it's an interesting new take on Blot. The only thing that worries me a bit are the shoulders, those hinges are not aesthetically pleasant. Other than that I like it quite a bit.

I dont hate it, but someone pointed out to me it looks like a cat on the slideshow, and I can't unsee it now. And what annoys me, is that the prototype on show had a more blottish head. At the same time, it retains a new style, and a neck, but still more blot like. I dont think this is gonna stop people from buying this though. And it probably wouldn't stop me, but for now, I'm focused on other things.

def think that what it will come down to when going for the purchase will be if Blot can leg and arm. Still i'm not buying til we get a unified color scheme

but i'm loving what TFC is doing with Abominus just like they did with Poseidon

 

Hope that they dont take too long on releasing these terrorcons 

 

I am hoping the colours will make it look better. The eye placement and overall head shape is seemingly out of sorts

 

Seems to be going at a good clip. Astaroth only did his final sculpt reveal a few months ago.

Ah, the hands are gauntlets and weapons. That's a nice move both for efficient partsforming, and keeps the brilliant Troll feeling special.

I like the shots of the alt. It's sort of a bipedal terrordog.

 

Caught my attention coz now S-02 is Mammon instead of Beelzebub in the 1st page so i think they are redesigning the arm limbs.

 

I don't like Mammon at all. Looks more like Scowl than Blot.

Give him a flat, dull head, slumped between the shoulders. And his alt mode feet are pointed dress boots because he's fancy like that.

Go back and fix it, TFC.

 

It almost looks like the beast mode doesn’t have a neck joint. What’s the point of putting the head above the shoulders if he can’t turn his head? I’m with @BIOMEC on the bot mode shoulders looking bad with those hinges too. I guess we’ll see if this can be improved with the colors, but so far I’m still disappointed with this design.

 

I'm going to assume he is an arm. This is because poseidon had one adm and then one leg released, than the leader. So if the pattern is the same, then we're getting our leg, our arm, than our core bot. And we might get that color scheme considering the black repaint poseidon got. Or 2

 

I see that too. Either way, the head is a bit too small for blot. That's what I think at least.

Whoops!  I didn't look at all the pictures. That's weird though. You would think that that they'd realease one of each and then the core so we can get the combiner early. My mistake

 

It's the same head. It's just that on the display, his ears are folded down.

 

Maybe they'd put out all the limbs first then save the torso for last 

 

All they need to do is just get rid of the horn, the ears and make the eyes narrower, and his head will probably look like what most people are expecting.
