Long evening... but got some pics...

Got this pic too... really just a cuticle pick thing... you can totally tell I just dipped the tip. But the flattened angled end was good for pushing the paint in between the cheeks and helmet extensions.

 

I really dig what you did with Iron Shell.

I’d do something similar with ST and RS, but I’m afraid they’d come out looking a bit like Robert Davi.

They really are, they have a lot of character when you start putting them in more stylish poses.

Anyone have any ideas for Decepticon Insignias and placement for these guys? If anyone can post where I can get a few sheets of good dry transfer Decepticon insignias (I use Toyhax/Reprolabels for everything but I feel like there are other sites out there that I should check out) I’d be eternally grateful.

The real fun will be finding spots to display Insignias in both modes. Guess cartoon accurate placement isn’t very realistic either eh?

Regardless, I’m in for the entire set and can’t wait till they arrive!

Of course they are not Cartoon Accurate.
But their Heads / Paint are.
That is why I was surprised when I saw
the G1 Colors at Google.

The Silver Face Paint on them looks good.
Now I am really torn between adding a Silver Paint, or leave them as they are.

Haha yeah I’m getting anxious just thinking about it. Insignia placement is always a big deal for me. Did you place insignias on all of yours? If so would you mind sharing pics or describing where? So far I haven’t seen any pics of these guys with transfers or stickers.

Been eyeing these guys are a minute now but never pulled the trigger as I normally collect G1 and IDW, CHUG & Masterpiece figures but I can't help but notice how good these guys look and I'm a sucker for combiners. Definitely going to invest in this set and add them to my IDW shelf. I think they'll fit in good with my MMC, Planet X, Gcreation figures....

 

if it can't do this i don't want them, and it sucks bcuz overall they look better than UT
