Not really. Classics and mp size. Most important it must look like a character walking out from the g1 cartoon.

 

TFC wants to be king of the combiners no matter the cost (just as you would expect from their boneheaded way of doing business). They have had privileged information regarding their competitors and have adjusted their resources accordingly:

- No other Superion? Just make a torso under a kite and call it a day. Fuck it. We’ll finish it later.
- MMC said they were doing a Predaking so let’s take our time and put out a fully transforming torso this time. Boy will they be surprised when we reduce their sales lol we smart (and kings).
- We’ve run out of 3P info and they probably wont share more future plans with us so let’s just call dibs on Defensor, just in case. Don’t fuck with the kings baby!

TFC is all over map. Whats actually coming out first? What about the two Starcat combinners? The quality drop in the Uranus team, etc...

If TFC wows me, I might consider their predaking. Only a few combiners could or should be that tall. JETS and CONSTRUCTION VEHICLES are big enough to make it work.The biggest G1 gestalt? Sure. But Defensor CAN'T be so large. A voyager motorcycle? Voyager car? Not for me.

At least I can look forward to Intimidator Fetal Rex and Computron

 

Coz mmc is taking their time, so might as well design another combine to claim the market.

 

Knowing TFC, we will indeed get a red firetruck.

 

I don't know about that, a yet to be conducted poll could give us a green fire truck, just...well, because 

 

I hope these guys aren't voyager sized. I want them to blend with my other Autobots.

 

Either way, I don't have a defensor for my collection so I gladly welcome this if it's what it is.. I just want them to take it one step at a time though, unlike Uranos. Don't release most of this not defensor and then finish Ares or show off some other project. One thing at a time please. Other than that anybody wanting small anything from TFC , probably not gonna happen, I think they believe in bigger figure bigger money.

 

That's their take on Rampage beside him, so it looks like they're going for giant cars with this release.

 

Just seems everything they make is huge and that's fine for some. If this is defensor, it really makes me wonder how they will handle the bike and copter.

oneof my faviorite tf characters w/ that alt mode...HELL YEAH!

 

Nice. I dig the alt mode very much (probably since I love Barricade and drive a Mustang myself XD). Bot mode I'm not too sure about; legs look neat but the upper body seems overly blocky and simplistic. If this is indeed the first of a not-Defensor set, I'd be down since we can probably infer that a bigger not-Bruticus may be next from TFC!

 

Please skip Ares (for now) and get these guys in production

 

Can we infer that? TFC is pretty random with these releases. It could be Superion's nemesis - Menasor. Or Pirannacon if they're feeling especially random. Or they could decide to target Planet X's Swoop with their own Dinobot set.

 

Seems like they do have a pattern goin on: Herc (decepticon), Uranos (autobot), Ares (decepticon), not-Defensor (autobot). So, the next one could be a decepticon, who knows?

 

My thoughts exactly. But yeah, TFC seems to have a lot of projects on their plate, so who knows? All I know is I won't go all in on Uranos until the last two bots are released (along with the WoU upgrade). Guess we'll see how that pans out. As for this mysterious Mustang-bot, I'd get him just for the alt mode alone. Can't have too many Mustang TFs. XD

 

TFC have been busy. Now it really explains the delay to the Uranos bots, but since we're getting both this month, all is forgiven.
