I picked one up recently, and this guy is awesome!!
Plastic feels solid and not cheap at all.
I did notice a few flaws with the legs, but nothing even worth mentioning.
Expensive, but awesome and 100% unique.

Usually I love your reviews, but this one is definitely not your best. I personally think that this figure is the perfect addition to the CHUG series and that it absolutely looks like something that Hasbro would put out. The plastic used feels top notch, the paint apps are superb, the engineering is highly impressive and the size is appropriate for this character. I do agree that the addition of the Reprolabels helps immensely, I also think that he looks great without them.

Aside from the QC issue with the digger arm (which I fortunately haven't experienced), I think this is the perfect update to Devastator.

I'm a little confused, what about this makes it not really good in your opinion. I pretty much agree with everything you say...so i don't see how it's bad. I appreciate the feedback, but could ya explain a little more so i know what not to do next time perhaps?

I think your review was decent. I do have that same problem with that shovel arm, but that replacement will come when Heavylabor is released soon.

I came to that decision because i wanted the final review of Hercules to have more substance to it then me just clicking all the pieces together. And yeah people could watch other peoples videos, but i do try and make mine complete so that people don't necessarily have to watch someone else. But in this instance, i figured the review was on Exgraver. When i do Hercules, everything will be shown off at that point. I think that if someone is already committed to buying the figures, seeing the arm mode wouldn't make much difference.

As i mentioned in my video, you should keep in mind how much people pay for someone to customize a Devastator for them. People pay several hundred dollars, usually very close to a grand for them to take parts off other transformers, paint them, stick magnets on them and call it done. At least with this and even the MAKETOYS version, they're making entirely new figures to pull off the same end result. I think it's only natural to expect the price to be high.

Not the same result, a result far superior. Overpriced custom partsforming nightmares, no thanks. Overpriced integrated marvels, hell yeah.

(I'm not doing all 6 of these guys in a row, so I'll just update the thread when a new review of one of 'em goes up. I'm writing their reviews in between other stuff right now. My apologies for not having a complete package ready to go!)

I love your reviews!! I know people say that all the time but I feel like that's how I'd play if I didn't get disapproving looks from the wife. Haha. Seriously folks marry down, marrying a 9 when I'm a 4 seemed like a no brainier at the time.:lol :sly:

I admit I laughed a bit too hard at the "Hi, I'm Exgraver, I make things not grave anymore!" part, for whatever reason. XD

Great review as always! Will you get the other Herc bots and the Rage add-on set?

For some reason I would love for Vangelus to do a comparison video of Herc and Green Giant.

Can't wait for the other reviews :)

I hope that you mention Neck Breaker's hand storage under the vehicle. No one seems to mention it, and then they complain how they can only hang it on the back.
