I'll probably be getting it from ShowZ. They had a good price on Lumitent and this line is definitely something I want to keep up with.

 

That's a hefty price tag... But if the reviews are favorable I might have to consider it, I love attack helicopters.

 

With Lumitent as the gauge this line is very impressive...but where does Lumitent place the bar, at the high end or the low end?  
I'm in the line for the second figure...if just as good then it's the high bar. Time will tell if this is a luxury line only some of us will indulge...and not that we can afford but just willing to amuse ourselves. 12 hour shifts sprinkled with the OT affords some of indulgences at the sake of sanity.  
I hope to get a decent review for those on the sideline   (sadly I sometimes have to wait months for my copy to arrive to me, hehe)

 

If he has good paint and detail then I would happily pay that amount. The main reason I didn't get their Chinese Jet is because I didn't like the paint it had, especially for it's price.

 

I'm kind of torn. I like the other one and a helicopter to go with it. I think I want to see colors before I make a final decision though.

 

I didn't buy it because it was too small to look good with my other jetformers.

$250, do they think they are FT?

 

Unlike FT, they are at least saying why it cost what it cost.

It's a 23 cm bot, licenced, with a high part count and a lot of hardware. It's is expensive, sure, but you are getting a very good figure.

 

Also, those stores are liable to be more expensive than other options. Don't buy it there.

 

This is looking VERY nice, pre-order already in.

Still gotta get Lumitent, but much like that, I think I know a way to kinda fit this in as a proper Transformer.

Wasn't the original lumitent only $150 something? Now the black and gold reissue is 250$?

 

The cheapest I think I ever saw it was $180. It's currently $215 at American retailers for the original.

 

Kinda ironic, that they only seem to care about licensing when it's of something Chinese? Their Seacons, Predacons etc, don't have a license fee...

 

Yeah, maybe because they can't get a licence from Hasbro for transforming bots... It's wise of them to produce legal stuff from time to time.

Aren't you happy? The will have very accurate alt modes.  

 

I'm sure using Chinese IP without a license is much different than using US IP without a license.

 

Love the design, but damn, these prices. Just don’t think I’m willing to go that high.

$154.99 for the original and $229.99 black and gold special edition. Both subject to $30 shipping charge. So I guess it evens out.
