Very intrigued. I like the look of this... although probably not enough to buy them, unless the prices are significantly less than Herc.

 

Another post at AC Toys says the Defensor deco is limited to 1000 pieces and may include a Defensor inspired combiner mode head.

 

Even if it's Defensor I don't think I really care because the combined mode looks like generic cluttered crap.

 

From this comparison photo the not-First Aid leg is ever bit the size of Hercules Structor (not-Scrapper). So I'd assume it's as big as TFC Hercules, and interchangable!

Are Hercules toys more Deluxe or Voyager sized?

Okay, so it's a third party Defensor, and it's the size of 4 Voyagers and an Ultra? That's cool.

Could that second head art be for a possible limited Dinobot run of that dino combiner? That face looks a lot like a Don's WW Grimlock wearing a Roman helmet.

 

Not sold. I was really hoping we would see each combiner done in its own mold by tfc. Ive investested in thier herc and would so with other combiners from them. I suppose it could pass as a decent WFC defensor

 

I agree. I would like for Defensor team to have somewhat of a resemblance to their G1 counter part besides coloring.

 

If they weren't sticking a Defensor tag on it then I think it'd be getting more thumbs up. Apart from some vague alt modes and it combining there's nothing particularly Defensory about it to me and that puts me off.

Looks pretty neat in both schemes but the price will most likely prohibit me from grabbing the set.

Don't like them. I don't need them to look G1 but I want them to look like real vehicles. And they look cheap.

 

Give them some clear "energon" hands/feet and they could pass for an Energon/Superlink Defensor.  
(If it wasn't apparently as tall as it is, I guess.)

 

It probably won't be called "Defensor", if "Hercules" is any indicator. Maybe they can call it Apollo or Asclepius to keep with the name theme?

They did say it will have a combiner head mold like Defensor. I wonder if they would bother with the individual robot mode heads too?
