Trying to complete my animated collection. Have put a lot of time and effort into it. Ok here are pics of my current collection:






My question to you all is, do I need to have these to finish it off? What are some impressions of these? I haven't seen any reviews on the figures.

If you're a completionist, don't you have to get everything? The figs don't look that great to me from the pics, but the pics aren't that great. The all-spark set, from the reviews i've seen, look ok. The all-spark itself w/the stickers looks pretty damn awesome. The handcuffs and the rest - blah to me. Nice setup though with the black shelving - now if you're REALLY big ballin' it up, buy an all-spark for each of them and have them hold it like the Deal or No Deal chicks - cuz right now, the way you have things displayed - that was the first thing that came to mind. Put lugnut in a separate container and have him be the banker. And then buy the figs and have them be the contestant + his supporters. then pick a random one to be Howie.

 

If it weren't for the high price on the extras it would be a no-brainer. Nice idea on the deal or no deal, lol.

I guess i'm not a completionist, but I want a kick ass animated display.

 

I really like the figures and love the All Spark set. I reco both.  

 

i like what you have already.....the extras are just mehh.. extras...to me nothign special. save your money and buy something else

unicron.com set totally worth it, the figs, after seeing them in person at tfcon, look worse than in those pics, not worth getting at all

EGBB makes for a surprisingly good toy-you should get him and add him to you're Elite Guard and call him Goldbug-thats what i do ^_^

then youd just need remaining toys, like ones not seen yet-Arcee, Rodimus, and Blackout. then buy Electrostatic Soundwave for the Ratbat, put him in Soundwave's hands instead, have Laserbeak sit on his left arm, and leave ES in carmode in front of him for a cool effect-then i think you'd be pretty much all set, except for the remaining Seeker. if you do acquire some form of Ramjet, simply bump Screamer forward one, then put Ramjet behind him.

EDIT::actually, to be more precise, i call him AGENT Goldbug. as for buying the extras, i say do what you're heart and wallet command-they've only let me down twice, and both were mostly my fault

 

I have almost everything you have except the mini collection (and the custom thundercracker?) and I'm not getting those accessory sets. Too damn expensive for something I don't even really want.

You could get the two pack megs vs op just for OP's ax.

Damn, I wish hasbro would have made some robot hero animated humans. How did they miss the boat on this...

 

Yeah, the Sari figure in particular is really creepy looking - like she's got bad skin or something.

Not recommended unless you have some skill with the paint.

 

I've got the Allspark accessory set and it's great, you NEED it!! 

 

i would say its pretty complete now, if you where to get anything just the allspark, those figures are just too big to fit in with the animated line anyways.
