I know tf4 was filmed with IMAX cameras. I'd love to see it in IMAX but NOT in 3D, it makes me sick. I can't find information on if it will be shown in just IMAX without the 3D. Anyone know? Thanks.

There's pretty much no such thing anymore. I had the same problem with Godzilla which was delibertaly filmed to be seen as a 2D movie but you coudln't see it that way on imax.

3D movies make more money and no theater has two imax screens so they only dedicate them to the 3D versions so unfortunately you're likely out of luck unless you can find an imax screen that cannot play 2D films. . .or are willing to sit through the movie with one eye closed the entire time.

Bummer, well maybe since it was filmed in "proper" 3D, then I might not have an issue. Would hate to mess up my viewing experience though. I'm also taking my son and he's never seen a 3D movie so I wouldn't want it to have ill effects on him either.

Only reason i'm watching it in 3d is because of Imax, if it wasn't playing it in Imax, i would've just watched it in 2d.
