Well it was there until more pictures showed up. Look at him in the first one.

Oh I see what you're talking about. It does kind of look like a slightly darker stripe in the first pic. But it's just the shadow on the other side of the hood. There's a very distict body line in the middle of the hood and the angle of the opposite side creates the appearance of a stripe. If you look at the 2nd pic where it's taken from the opposite side, it kind of looks the same way but with the 'stripe' now on the driver's side.

 

I'm 90% sure these are the Stunticons and i have to say they are AWESOME! I really hope they don't make them into dumb bots, they have all the potential to be scene stealers! For the love of god, where is Jolt????  

 

I see that after two movies they finally found a place for the whole "vehicle mode weaponry" thing.

For some reason they dropped them from the first movie - Barricade had weapons props for him built and installed for the chase scene with Bumblebee, but the scene ended up being cut (hence Bumblebee suddenly appearing at nighttime at the power planet/industrial place at the end of the chase).

Are they based of NASCAR racers?

 

From the looks of them the 48 car definitely is and I think the one in front of it might be a Nascar car too. The one in the front doesn't really look like a Nascar car to me though, but I could be wrong.
