MIGHT be the only crossover figure I skip. I have and love the rest of them. Never really was a Universal Monsters person. I suppose if I get to see this guy in person I'd pick him up but as is...eh.
Looks fun, though the cape over the wings in bat-mode looks utterly ridiculous. I'm interested, which retailer is carrying this one?
Also, does this open up the possibility of a remodeled Blackarachnia or another female mold becoming Elvira?
The VHS tape box is a nice touch. Though if this is a reference to the Universal 1930-something Dracula with Béla Lugosi, then that wasn\'t really available on VHS. I was always more of a Christopher Lee fan, but this is a nice toy for sure. I do wish the bat mode had a new head too, but the retooled chest and arms are nice. I assume this is not a Headmaster?
I'm on the fence about keeping my preorder. I don't know. The more I look at it, the more it reminds me of Maverick and I canceled that thing so fast I thought my head would spin. (No regrets on that one, either. It's just so ugly and yuck.) I have to say FP's Mindwipe does a better job at being a Dracula homage and using a Mindwipe-esque mold than this thing does. Heck, his HM's cockpit *IS* a coffin! No. People have impulse control problems, lately. Even if they might be offering a shared opinion, it's not necessary to voice it in such a manner.
Ewww. Reminds me of the Marvel crossovers. Hasbro is so hell bent on making the robot look like a human character instead of being an accomplice to human character. The crossover line has been all garbage after Electron and Gigawatt.
Easy pass, especially since it's sold out. Now about road rage. Is she going to be like twrecks and eventually be non red card?
And PO'd at pulse. wonder if they will continue the universal crossovers. What would make a good Frankenstein's Monster? Maybe a re-shell of SS-86 Hotrod into so some sort of hodgepodge muscle car with different parts, like the front of a Charger and the rear of a Camaro. I'd be up for an Elvira as well... For her, I would go with a re-use of the Arcee/Elita-1 mold and have her turn into her '58 Thunderbird (or a close approximation of it) from the movie Elvira Mistress of the Dark
Maybe a retool for Frankenstein could be ER ironworks? Bot mode fits the patchwork theme and the alt mode could be reworked to the operating table
