Ok we all know that the Decepticons were a great threat in the movie. But I don't understand is how can they be outnumbered as Springer said "Were outnumbered" when you have a whole army of Autobots and a huge Fortress transformed in the City?

There weren't THAT many autobots stationed in Autobot City though.

Generics. Lots and lots of generics. Plus, Five Faces of Darkness states that Metroplex's transformation cog was damaged, thus he wouldn't have been able to assist in the battle.

 

Then the Decepticons would of called Trypticon

We only saw, what, 12 Autobots in the city?....and about 5 more outside the city.

Trpticon was created in 5 faces of darkness....after the movie.

And no, Scramble city doesnt count if your talking the US series.

We saw Kup and Hot Rod making it back to the City, why didn't Bluestreak and Huffer never went back to the City?

 

Who's to say they didn't get strafed and gunned down before they could get back? Because of Hot Rod's firing on the shuttle, all the Decepticons knew that there were Autobots in the mountains outside the city.

 

Maybe they were killed or damaged when Hotrod and Kup were fighting Blitswing and that Insceticon.

 

Yeah but Hound was with them out the City and was right next to Prime when he arrived. Unless he left right when Hot Rod fired at the Shuttle

 

How does that effect anything I suggested?

How does Hound getting to the city discount the possibility the others were damaged?

 

I read on TFwiki saying that Huffer's name was mentioned in Dark Awakening which means he died and Bluestreak was next to him which is possible he died aswell

 

I dont see your point here.

Hound is known to have survived long enough to make it back to the city.
Huffer died...........but we dont know where.
We cant say in regards to Bluestreak.

 

It is possible that Bluestreak may have died as he was with Huffer, like you said it wasn't never mentioned that Bluestreak died

And do you know if Trailbreaker and Mirage survived?

And by now you already know theres no way to answer that question since it was never seen in the film.

 

Yes, they both died. In the secret extension pack on the 34th movie anniversary Disc set. In the fifth extended scene Trailbreaker is jumped by the Combaticons and Stunticons. In scene 3 Mirage's mold was broken.
