great pics of Capticon tekering - I take it you didn't get Captimus? I only orderd the con one myself. Can't wait! On the other hand, I'm still glad I dropped the preorder for Leo Prime. Very nice colour scheme though.

 

Your pics look great, as always. I'm surprised that you did not apply the stickers for the lion heads brows. Yep, this mold is one my favorites of the year, definitely.

They're the right size and shape to be stored in his alt. mode.



I'm loving this little guy more and more.  

But Captimus? Hell no!
I'd welcome an Autobot CapBot, just not another goddamn Optimus. That color scheme is so tired...  
Hell, even a yellow Bumblecap would've been a better choice.

That's why, as much as I appreciate the homage, I'm grateful Leo Prime didn't turn out to be another Convoy.

Thanks! I actually made a SS FE vs RiD thread a while back, most people preferred the FE due to the fact it scales better with the other TFP bots, but some liked the Voyager due to the missiles and better alt mode.

Since I won't be making a TFP display and I like my Seekers in alt mode, I got the Voyager. But I might break my rule and have him displayed in bot mode, the sculpt has a lot of character

 

I love that closeup of Starscream's face!

The choice of a blue background really makes the figures stand out especially Minerva (not sure if I got her name correctly)

Thank you! I checked, it doesn't move on this one. The yellow part of the head looks like it clips over the green part kind of like a mask and the green part is all solid.

Leo Prime's alt mode is just great! But I must resist...I bought too many toys this month and it's not even Christmas >_<
Bumblecap sounds great actually, and is quite possible, hehe. I'm with you on "sick of Optimus" when it comes to novelty TFs. A shoe, Mickey, an ice block and a cap, but they become not so unique following the same colour scheme.
As for the mainline stuff...the Movie series and TFA made me a fan of endless Optimus Prime figures....

I haven't applied stickers on Thundercracker yet. He looks too bare compared to Skywarp. As for his minicon, I think I'll leave it as a drill tip for Megarton's cannon when I build it.

I received the Japanese Matrix campaign keychain a couple of days ago. I intended to use it as MP Black Roddy's accessory - I didn't think of the fact that the Matrix is compatible with MP-10, therefore too small for Roddy to hold. I'm so DUMB. Oh well, MP-10b will have a spare matrix in pink

Neat. I got mine when I bought a few things at Yodabashi Camera in Tokyo two weeks ago. I took off the chain and put on a longer one and looped it around a customized TFP Voyager Megatron's neck. He looks good with it along with Dr. Wu's diecast matrix sword (purple version, or pink if you prefer XD).
