Hey! Thanks for the reminder! Yes the saw attachment and the thrusters fit on the leader! However the thrusters are fairly tight ( nothing crazy) and the HTFD leader is made of very hard plastic so you might get some stress marks in the holes that the thrusters plug into. If yours is like mine you probably already have stress marks from the missiles being plugged in.

Awesome! Does the saw fit the original missle pod of the htfd or did you have to fit the new saw and missle pod altogether on the hasbro?

    Hey.

i`ll share my thoughts about this figure. Sorry for the late review.

Overall, it`s a great figure. Amazing paint job, rock solid construction. Adding the upgrade kit is a great touch. I reccomend this without second thoughts.

But... i have some minor nitpicks that come at the end of the post.

    Good things first.

    Alt mode:
    20181221_125232.jpg 20181221_125242.jpg 20181221_125250.jpg 20181221_125259.jpg 20181221_125435_001.jpg

Here you have some pictures of his glorius robot mode:

    20181221_130957.jpg 20181221_131027.jpg

As for "THE" subject, i don`t own the original HFTD Leader class, but took some pictures with other several tf figures, hoping that this can shed some light on the matter.

First of all, here is how i positioned his chicken legs. If you need it with other angle, let me know and i`ll make the picture.

    20181221_132237.jpg

Here it is with original leaders:

    20181221_132226.jpg 20181221_132219.jpg 20181221_131610.jpg 20181221_131440.jpg 20181221_131356.jpg

    New "Leader" class

    20181221_131943.jpg

MPM's And Unique toys Peru Kill. (I have MPM 6, 7, weijiang OS SS Blackout, TF Dream Factory Bonecrusher, BMB Nitro Zeus, BMB OS SS Megatron and Unique toys V2 Challenger on their way to my collection, arriving at different times between 01/2019 and 02/2019. If you need pictures with any of these, let me know and i'll update the post wit your request)

    20181221_131651.jpg 20181221_131733.jpg 20181221_131800.jpg 20181221_131826.jpg

    Now for the nitpicks.

I had the same issue that Ben Covered on his review. Electronics didn`t work at all. On my copy, this happens because the whole battery box seems a bit too big for standard AA batteries.

I solved this by adding little bits of paper to improve the spring action. Is not too fancy, but gets the job done:

    20181221_125542_001EDIT.jpg

Now i regret this, because the tranformation sound, pops up at the slightest move... or wind, or touch, or just because. It`s annoying.

Next nitpick, is that the missile launcher joint is way too loose on my copy. An easy fix though. You just have to tighten this screw:

    20181221_125718EDIT.jpg

the one thing that is pretty annoying is that this whole piece doesn`t tab where is supposed to do it. No locking, just sits there. In fact, you can see a picture where this thing just fell off by just lifting the figure:

    20181221_125904EDIT.jpg 20181221_125908.jpg 20181221_125927.jpg 20181221_130007.jpg

The last nitpick is that one of the shoulder joints (Feel free to correct me if this have another name. Way too much joints on the shoulders) is pretty much loose. In fact, it can't even hold the weight of the arm.

    The correct one:
    20181221_130943EDIT.jpg

    The loose one:

    20181221_130941EDIT.jpg

    That`s all for the nitpicks.

If you ask me... Buy this. No need to worry

Just because; his place on the shelve:

Hope this can be helpful for somebody.

Let me know if you need something else.

    Best Regards.

    Fabián

    Hi.

Anybody knows how can i contact tf dream factory ?

It happens with this figure that one of the leg screw cavity, the one on the hip that holds together the whole Ratchet system just pops off clean.

Plastic just broke on its base. No stress marks or anything similar. It seems like a laser cut. Just a flaw on my copy i assume.

I get this guy trough two resellers, so it is virtually impossible to pull this trough them.

Perhaps if I can contact them and show them the piece they could send me the part that broke.

Have any of you contact with them before?

Any advice regarding this? Thanks in advance

Does this guy's paint gets scratched a lot?

What I heard was- orginal version's paint is an nightmare (keep getting scratched) and tattoo version is little bit better.

I would go for tattoo version, but I was aiming to complete 2007 movie line up. And tattoo version is ROTF.

Now...is his paint are really that fragile?

I can bare to lose white lines on the canopy (which I heard was the most vulnerable paint) but if it applies to whole figure, it would be hard to keep it.

    So...what do you think?
