One would think there'd be a thread for it in the Creative sub-forum but no. I'd certainly like to see something like that too. It is a part of the fandom after all.

Costumes are custom creations, so they should be posted in "Customs" tagged as "Heavy/Scratch", since they're typically constructed. Any topical discussions would go in Creative General Discussion.
I don't know if there are enough costumes for a whole forum, which is the problem. I know I dont have a TF costume, though I have a Hulk suit that makes me 7ft tall. but there arent a lot of people out there who do have something like that, thus the lack of forum. Could I have put the Hulk Costume in the Custom section? lol
There is just not enough interest to warrant a separate forum. Both Customs and Fan Art have had a multitude of projects over the years, and are staples of our fandom enough to generate interest and traffic for their own forums. While there are persons in our fandom who cosplay, etc., it's just not enough to warrant its own section, especially since those kinds of projects can just as easily fit into the Customs forum using a "Heavy/Scratch" tag. Honestly, I'd be surprised if there would be more than 25 members who would actively contribute project threads for such a forum regularly. It's not my site, either, so feel free to ask an administrator, though about it, if you like. Just be prepared for a very similar type of response. Consider that this is certainly not a new thing, and if it were enough to warrant its own forum, we'd most likely have it by now. Yes, you could. Since it's a non-TF project, you could simply tag it as such.
I might post the Hulk suit then! will need pics though, and to wash it. Maybe I'll just start with next year's TFCon costume, ASTROTRAIN!!! will do a WIP thread as well. Excited to try that, as I fully intend to transform into all 3 modes, copying the Classics toy transformation with the train from G1. Hopefully that will work. yeah.
