TFC announced their version first as part of the Gear of War set. By the time they had a physical prototype to show online, iGears announced their own version. Both versions are based off the one shown in the G1 cartoon, but are different from each other. What a lot of people don't know is that another group was working on it before hand. But the artist who did the concept design posted it on Deviant Art. Not sure if the other groups saw this, or they got the idea on their own.

 

That looks freakin' sweet... SC armor, G3 Trailer, this and potentially the God Sword... My NP is practically the most expensive thing thus far in my collection  


Now Arcee... Does anybody know who she can go with??

I like the Nemesis Prime version, but Arcee look a little silly withe the plastick jewel glued on.

 

Where is the Ultra Magnus version?

 

All I have to say is that the pink one with the jem in its chest is truly outrageous.

 

I do wonder how the "Arcee" would look with Shattered Glass Prime. Before anyone attacks me, no, I'm not saying I think the colors are the same, but of everything out there this mold can interact with, SG Prime is the closest match.

I guess the silver or whatever the hell it is wold throw it off though

 

yowza, likin the Nemesis repaint. The Arcee repaint looks like something that i'd pick up just for the Kitsch factor, i mean it's got a Pink faux-gemstone on it's chest! Come on! that's some sort of FABULOUS right there.

 

The Nemesis version is the one I'd pick, given the choice between it and the scheme of the Battle Rollar I have now...


Arcee, in contrast, looks bad.


The third scheme, at first glance, had a very Protectobot-ey vibe to it, but the more I look at it, the more I picture it as intended to be a Magnus Rollar - and it's not a bad scheme, though I'd tone down on the yellow a little, and brighten the optics.

 

An Arcee version?! What?! Why?! How that pink/purple/white figure resembles Arcee is beyond me...  

 

The Nemesis version looks nifty. I'd pick that up. The Arcee version looks odd.

 

That would be like saying both BBTS and TFSource are also part of FansProject since they sell FP toys in North America?   Anyway, I just wish to help clarify things since there have been a lot of mis-information regarding FansProject and TFClub.

Say I'm not FansProject but am selling their items. Then I would also want to point out about these KOs of Shadow Commander to protect everyone's interest. Some might think that if all the stock have already been sold then TFC wouldn't be losing much, right? Actually if someone picks up an inferior KO of Shadow Commander thinking that it's the real deal and that's the quality of FP, it gives FP a bad reputation and people will less likely buy FP items from TFC again.

 

I love my Battle Rollar. But he was kind of expensive for his size, so yeah, I won't be picking up Nemesis Rollar -- UNLESS he comes with the sword. Since the Shadow Commander armor is wayyy out of my price range.

 

Man I never reallt understood this figure to begin with and now there are re-colors coming? Arcee makes no sense to me. The only figs that match aesthetically with these are movieverse, but that's one of my least favorite design styles.

There's a KO of Shadow Commander? Where are they being sold? Not that I want one but I'd like to learn more about it.

TFClub distributes for mainland China only. This was also mentioned in Chenkofs' post on Actoys.
