Anyone able to find a netflix bumblebee in the SA area?

 

Found him yesterday at the Austin highway Walmart they also had prime

 

Went by Madness Comics in Plano today; they have Selects Bug Bite, Exhaust and Greasepit at $29.99 each. They’re running a buy 2 get 1 free sale until just before Christmas though. They also had ER W2 and W3, minus Sunstreaker.

 

That’s not bad at all especially considering theyd run you ~$30 shipped anyways

Did my monthly outside-the-city-limit hunt today.

Only saw Runabout at one of three Targets I hit. I bought up every single one. And then return them. Easier then asking for a price adjustment.
Target 646 was the one with a Sky Lynx I think.

Ross does not seem to have gotten anything new for weeks. Just a scattering of botbots 8-packs.

Walmart Dixie Farm is one of the ones closest to me. I hit it up Sunday and Tuesday and they only had a single Hotlink. Today, they had two Hotlinks, one Megatron, and one Optimus. . . . 
Walmart El Dorado had. . .4 Optimus on the shelves. I looked up and there were six on the top shelf. Lucky number six was Soundwave. So. . .9 Optimus left at El Dorado.
Walmart Kemah I saw 2 Elitas and no Bee. Then I looked up to the top shelf and there was one Bee sitting up there by himself. I moved him down.
Walmart 646 had a ton of hotlinks and 2 megatron.
Walmart Greyhound Racetrack had at least two bees. I didn't look beyond and count the Elita.
Most of the Walmarts have some form of earthrise wave 2.

Oh yeah, I hit the Walgreens Kemah out of curiosity and that Bluestreak from a month ago was still sitting there.

Most sightings I see in here and the walmart thread are people celebrating finding BB and Elita. I would have guessed scalpers would be scooping both up.

Have to agree with this. At the end of the day Hasbro's biggest customer are Walmart and Amazon. And Walmart doesn't care that much about toys and adult collectors but they'll still throw their weight around to get exclusives just because they can.

No harm in signing the petition though. As kids drop off and adult collectors become a bigger part of final sales Hasbro will have to at least meet them partway. Hasbro has already adjust already with all the G1-ness we've been getting and finally packing some products in solid cases. FYI, even though it was part disaster - part greatness, the only reason MattyCollector happened was because at that time retailers said not interested in MOTUC.

When HasbroToyShop was around the rumor was that it was not allowed to be too powerful because Walmart wanted first dibs on everything and didn't want a threat to it's online business. Pulse is an improvement but at the end of the day Hasbro corporate will always choose Walmart over Pulse. Logistically and enconomically, from what we know of Walmart, this rumor passes the sniff test.

 

Walmart off of Whitestone in Cedar Park has two each of the REDs, full sets of Netflix Deluxes wave 2, $17 earthrise Voyagers, and one $10 airwaves.

 

Just ran by the WalMart in Nacogdoches this morning and snagged the Soundwave three-pack. They still had an Optimus Prime and some of the Netflix Wave 2 deluxes (besides Bumblebee and Elita-1, who I snagged earlier this week).

 

Kids don't collect transformers. I never see children in the TF aisle which has dwindled to a few pegs over the past 5 years. It's amazing they still are able to pump out awesome toys and content for us old dudes.

 

The Walmart in Balch Springs has two each of Netflix Wave 2

 

The Wal-Mart off Round Grove in Lewisville has Netflix Wave 2 on the shelves. I picked up both Bee and Soundwave. When I left there were still 2 Soundwaves, 3 Primes, 3 Elitas, and 2 Bees. Looks like they may have just been stocked based on how neat the aisle looked.

 

Think we saw each other. I went in and picked up the red alert I was missing lol

Or, some other two people were looking at them as I rolled up

 

Bummer, I was just there last night prior the restock apparently. I can’t get there until after work and trust the Bees will be gone by then. Happy I at least grabbed Soundwave last week.

 

Onslaught, It must have been someone else if you saw two other people. Although, with as many TF hunters seemingly in Cedar Park I'm sure we have probably crossed paths at some point.

Walmart on Burnet and Anderson has all of the Netflix wave 2. One Bumblebee and 1 Elita-1 left.
