Just picked it up today, hav'nt played it yet but looking foward to after all the great reviews it's been getting. Already know I'll like it since I still play the original GB version often and heard it's included! Im also a big Samus ,Mario & Zelda fan and there in there too , woohoo!!!

Thanks to this and Metroid Hunters,( & Tales of Phantasia ) the DS has officially stole my 360 time away for the month hehe

Amazon sends to APO adresses? Cool, cause I was going to get those for you, but I guess I can save some money.

Anyway, I think I'm one of the few who's getting Tetris before Metroid. I think I'll get it this weekend.

I just got it and and the first time doing Marathon, I got 108 lines. I remember geting way more then that on the original GB. I don't remember level 10 being that fast.

use infinate spin! infinate spin is when you keep on spinning a piece so it never falls in place and you have as much time as you want to decide where it goes!

I do use infinite spin, but still can't beat it. Sometimes the piece still drops in a strange spot because I don't spin fast enough or something

Just picked it up today because Future Shop had a great deal on it (advertised at 39.99 with a $10 gift card, but instore price was 34.99 plus the gift card... Canadian if you're wondering).

Anyways... Friend Code for this is.. 439094 376180

I'm wishing all the games used the same Friend Codes... Life would be easier that way, I suppose.

Anyways, I'm online and have Tetris, Metroid Hunters and Mario Kart. PM me if you want to play some games.

Infinite spin surprised the hell out of me -- probably because I hadn't bought any official Tetris sequels, and that feature had apparently been added a couple iterations ago.

Thankfully, there's always FAQ's to fill in the blanks.

I kind of wish Infinite Spin could be turned off under Options. It surprises me that it's available in Marathon -- Infinite Spin basically breaks any mode that isn't timed (though Marathon compensates by fast dropping all your pieces after a certain level -- to the point where pieces drop faster than you can physically MOVE them. Essentially, a cheat to balance another cheat.)
