    Hello all I am relatively new to the painting seen but, I love the oppertunity it provides for one to customize figures just the way one wants but, I am having a bit of trouble;

    I have painted a PRID Optimus Prime and added Testors acrylic gloss black to the windows (give it that show acccurate look) but, I can't seem to get it to look flush. Tiny bubles and paint buildup in the corners makes it look sloppy when it catches the light. I have tried using Testors thinner to thin down the paint but, no dice.

    What am I doing wrong? Too much thinner? Too litle thinner? should I try mixing the paint with Future Finish instead?

    Do you dip your brush in water while painting? If so, the wet brush could be watering down the paint. Also, have you cleaned the surfaces prior to painting?

    Yeah I dried it off after I dip it in the alchol and then once I dip it in the thinned paint it I dab it with a paper towel. I am trying to minimize my streaks but when i thin the paint it looks like dirty water and does not stick to the plastic very well.

    Essentially I am trying to get practice in for when Beast Hunter Optimus is released; got to get rid of that Green and detail the front of the Truck:D
