So yeah, I'm definitely never ordering from Terry's again. After he failed to include the Ironhide figure I purchased at the beginning of October, he eventually responded to my messages saying he could send it to me the next day "if I still need the figure". I mean...yeah, I paid for it, so I need some kind of resolution to the matter. I thanked him and agreed, and that was about 2 1/2 weeks ago. He's ignored every message since then politely asking for confirmation that he sent it (not even tracking, just "yeah, I sent it"), and my apps show no incoming packages to my address.

I know I said this before, but I'll give it another week and then try to pursue the matter through PayPal if I don't have a response or a figure in my hand. If you order from Terry's, buyer seriously beware.

I do recommend Terry. My experiences so far (got the NA Constructicon set and the MS Stunticon reissue set—and I’ve got NA Grimlock and MS Gears and Windcharger on the way) have been great.

I haven’t seen any other shipping option available for me (Aussie here), but with the figures I have ordered from Terry, I think it’s taken ten to twelve days for them to arrive. Personally, I’m not bothered with how long it takes; everything has turned up in great condition.

 

I’d make sure you go over this thread. He’s pretty reliable about getting you your order and shipping reasonably quick, but his communication can be outright terrible with him not replying to anything for months. And that happens regularly.

Personally, I only use him if every other shop that I like is sold out of something. Last resort.

 

I've order about 15 things from Terry in the past 3 years and everytime shipped right away, no problems. Not everyone experience here is the same it seems. Most recently I ordered an $80 omega Supreme mid January and chose the $4 shipping upgrade and it arrived in 7 days!!!

 

I've ordered from TFC. Usually ships within a few days. But because it's coming from Hong Kong, and not mainland China, it gets to the US much, much faster.
