Ordered a MMC Impetus on the weekend, wake up to an email this morning saying the order is cancelled. Ugh. Doesn’t make a very good first impression.
Never got a notification to pay my pre-order deposits in full. I really don't know how to feel about it.
I paid for my order when I made the order (no preorder for me). It showed in stock when I did so, so I’m a bit miffed that it was cancelled.
As others have said, there are times that he won't respond and it's evident since his website has not been updated in a while, for example he still hasn't put MS Devy Set C up for pre-order. I understand people having issue with that but I'm very satisfied with his service, had 5 order in the last 4 months. Shipping costs are the lowest I've seen and never had issue with customs.
Attention! Terry has shipped my stuff! it probably won't be here before Christmas as I'd hoped but I'm glad at least it's on the way.... Still no reply to any message/mail whatsoever
Got an e-mail saying Terry deleted all his Mooka orders by accident, asking for people who pre-ordered to click Balance on his website. I went to check my paypal and he already took my money. This is leaving a real bad taste in my mouth.
Is Terry still shipping items out? I understand the pandemic has hit China hard and he's close to shanghai where most of the lock downs are. His Facebook and website hasnt updated since the 11th of April and none of my messages have been replied to for almost 4 weeks now. I want to place a fairly large order with him but would like some reassurance that he's still operating and currently sending out orders.
FWIW I'm not getting email notifications that he has shipped anything. Not in my spam either. But when I log on and look I see recently released preorders have been shipped and I can get the tracking numbers there. Just an FYI - you might have the same situation where you're expecting an email and it's not coming. I did get an email to pay off a preorder from Terry in the past week just not shipped messages.
I just recently ordered and received a set of the MFT dinobots. Chose the without original box option to save a few $$, everything was packaged beautifully! I couldnt have done better myself! They arrived pretty quick too. It was mo more than 2 weeks from order placed to package in hand. And that was just at the end of April. I also recently ordered MST Blues(Jazz), and it has shipped and i should have it soon. I won’t preorder from there anymore due to the lack of communication but every once in a while I’ll order from Terry’s. I just know not to expect any emails and I dont bother to send msgs.
Just got a package from this seller yesterday with a load of legends figures, but he shorted me one Magic Square Ironhide, and now all these comments about him ignoring messages are scaring me.
Thank you, I hope it turns out like that. I can see that my residence currently has no other incoming packages though. I tried messaging Terry every way possible; I'll give it a week, and if he doesn't respond, I guess I'll try to get my money back for that one figure through Paypal.
