I've got the cell shaded TE-01 and the FT-44 on pre order, but haven't gotten the invoices yet. However, I'm wondering what would be best. Just waiting or e-mailing. Somehow asking for the invoice now doesn't feel right.

Yes. I know they had Smokey overstock or cancelled preorders that shipped out not long after the figure's release. That's all I know tho, as I wasn't aware there had been any issues prior to the previous post. I hope his daughter is doing better.
Okay thanks. There's a sale that started March 1st on the site, so he seems to be doing some level of fulfillment and tending to business. I'll hang tight and hope I hear back.

Has anyone had success contacting Terry? I ordered a figure from him and it came with two breaks out of the box. I sent him the pictures and contacted him via his website’s message function and contact email but haven’t heard from him in two weeks.
He’s never replaced anything for me. Replied once. I still use him because he cheap and gets some things faster than anybody else but if there a qc issue I usually just chalk it up to a loss.
I've never tried this with Terry, but whenever I needed replacements, Baba always came through for me. Here's the trick though, you can't expect Chinese retailers to send the parts free of charge. Just tell them to send it with the next figure.
Hm interesting, thanks for the advice guys. I guess I'm so used to great after-sales support from other Chinese sellers like bababobo712, Sarah Zhang, ShowZ, Paul from SirToys, that I assumed they'd all have good after-care. Heck, even TFSafari and TF-Direct responded to my messages in a more timely manner. Good to know that Terry is worse than these other sellers when it comes to support, as his prices aren't really any better than theirs - lesson learned and I guess I'll never shop from him again.
I just placed my first order with Terry for a Transform Element OP leader. I’m used to crazy long shipping times from over seas sellers so I’m prepared. But how long on rough average do in stock shipments take?
I’ve placed 6-7 orders with Terry’s in the past couple of months. The few bucks to expedite shipping is way reasonable ($1.50 for mini-bot, $5 for TE/MS Prime, $10 for Ultra Magnus KO). Average ordered-to-received time has been less than two weeks to me here in the US. Pretty quick for being overseas.
