Nightbird is on the way. BBTS said Omega shipped but they only created a label. I hate when they do that!

Just got my ship notification. Tracking number doesnt work yet, but it's progress

 

Just got my notification that its out for delivery the only thing i'm hoping for is that the box will be at my house when i get home from work today

 

Mine was suppose to be delivered today but I checked and it got pushed back to the 12th for delivery.

Anyways, Amazon apparently has thundercracker in stock for 24.99. I ordered it and it knocked another 5 bucks off the price. Will be delivered on Monday for 21.38. I’ll take that

 

Mine says tomorrow, but according to the status it just in the "label created" status

 

I found a nice little surprise on my porch today. I just got the shipping notice yesterday, I wasn't expecting her to be here so fast.
I wish these came in normal boxes. I hate the crappy cardboard.

I got Nightbird yesterday morning and there was a giant box from BBTS to my wife. She said no more Transformer purchases without her knowledge till Christmas. I love my wife!  

 

Hmm didn't think he was smaller than the other Titans, well Fort Max and Trypticon at the moment are in boxes.

 

Importantly though, he's bigger than Devastator by a decent bit. And for me Omega is just the right size besides, as it only barely fits my shelving. So a victory on two fronts!

 

I'm willing to bet that if Fortress Maximus wasn't a retool & got his own mold, he would've been smaller like Trypticon & Omega. All Hasbro has been doing is making everything smaller while constantly raising the prices. 

 

I can't cite a specific conversation or interview, but I believe one or more of the Hasbro folk outright said that creatively reusing elements from Metroplex helped them to be able to hit their target size for Fortress Maximus. But anyway, it's not like Omega looks or feels remotely small when you've got it in front of you. Omega makes Devastator look small. Probably Predaking too but I don't have one to judge for sure.

 

I have the downsized KO Devastator. So he's about as tall as Omega's hip.

 

And if the only Devastator we had was that size, I'd have been wanting a Commander class Omega to keep them on even terms. Meanwhile, if the rumor of a Commander Broadside coming next year pans out, that should be just the right size to have drop on your scaled down Devastator.  

 

I would love them to do a commander class Tarn

 

I should hsve bought him when you posted, for some reason I waited and now hes out of stock and listed above $40

 

Just give it a few days, the price will come back down. Maybe not to $25, but it won't be long before it's SRP again.

 

Opinion time, got my Omega today, box and packaging were perfect, but I opened and found this crack in the body, behind the head. Had to come from the factory this way, but it's not part of the transformation and doesn't seem to hold any structural weight. Would ya'll just keep it or send in a request to replace him?

 

Man, I don't know. Like you said, it doesn't appear to be a huge structural issue...but it still sucks. I might be inclined to glue it...
