Got a question for Knox area collectors. Is the Fanboy Expo a good place to find transformer deals and is it an event I could take my daughter to? My wife was think about getting me tickets and the photo ops package with Frank Welker

Found at the Columbia Walmart... I showed them to an employee, who put them right back on the shelf. Nice.

I saw this once over at the Cool Springs Walmart, and I asked an employee how much do they get screwed and do they even do their job and he looked at me like how dare you

I know some Walmart current and ex employees; their motto is pretty much "stock shelves to collect a check and use their discount". Anything else is inconvenient to them. There are still some caring and helpful employees, but I find them to be more rare now days.

That's why I don't feel bad when people DO rip them off. Literally no one in the store gives a F. They don't even know the first things about the very departments they work in.

I'm not ashamed to admit around 10 years ago I would bring in a UPC symbol for a cheap transformer, stick it over an expensive Transformers UPC symbol, and use the self check-out to pay what I wanted.

Well it’s usually the same where ever you go I also saw at Target once but they actually took the product and place it in the back, but I feel like when Walmart inspects the product they should do their research and find out if that the right toy in box and see if it’s been open, when I use to work at LEGO, if the tape on the box had been any way altered we would refuse the return no matter how many people would try

I can actually report a rare sighting for Chattanooga. Gunbarrel Target FINALLY got in the SS leaders. Left Jetfire and took Megatron with me. I’m finally caught up lol. I’m telling y’all these brick and mortar store sightings are far and few in between. I’m seriously thinking about just doing online shopping for my toys from here on out

    I hear ya.

For me, I absolutely love going to a store and getting a cool figure after a long night at work, or leisurely on my day off. I always have.

But nowadays all that means is disappointment and frustration 99% of the time. Actually finding anything good when they are supposed to be on shelves is now so rare that toy runs aren't that fun anymore....and I collect like 3 lines.

Sad. But...if you can find things online then there's something to look forward to, knowing that it is on the way. Its just a different kind of enjoyment I suppose.
