At first I felt the same way, then followed the link and saw that the MP Roddy is the first release version. Hopefully we will see more combo deals like this in the future that include the Roddy with the upgraded parts.
Yes, but I had a large order so the combined shipping wasn't an issue, since the prices were much lower than the other stores I checked. Also I got MP-09 version 2, not v1. When placing a large enough order, the shipping cost levels out and after that, the lower prices make a difference. MP-10 was $30-50 higher at EVERY U.S. based store I checked when I ordered mine. So it looked like no matter where I ordered from I'd be paying the overseas shipping (one way or another). At the time I placed my order, Robotkingdom was also the only store with BOTH MP-10 and MP-09v2 in stock (not to mention the fact that they were also the only store with ALL the items I had been looking for). Selection is important and I'm happy when I find ALL the items I'm looking for in one place. I know the type of service I can expect at Robotkingdom, and I'm very happy with it. I've never ordered from Tempting toys, so I can't make any comparisons there. I've looked over the Tempting toys site and compared prices, selection, and shipping costs. I'd be glad to shop there if the selection were better, and some (not all) prices were lower. I'm not trying to offend anyone or be rude, so if I come across that way, I apologize.
