I paid with credit card and was charged up front $215.46 with tax. That's interesting if they charge for individual crates at shipment, I always thought everything was up front with them.
Hoping S7 does a toy version of this guy... I'd take one either based on this design or on his 2012 redesign.
I've seen having to pay in full upfront described as the "extra" cost for getting the bonus figure when you order everything. But yeah, if you order any 1-3 crates, apparently you pay as they ship. While I'm still sour about Scrag, the good news is I've finally got a Rat King/Vernon set in my hands! A friend found one for me while traveling a few hours from here. All's well with it, though Rat King already developed one slight crack above the left hip, despite my knowing about the issue and trying to be very careful/not moving the legs too far. Still, two great figures! So, now that I'm caught up, I assume we'll start seeing the next set in stores pretty soon... Can't relax for too long, right? Edit: When I went to mark that I have the RK/V set on the group spreadsheet, I noticed that the rumored Dirtbag/Groundchuck set was added, but not the Wingnut/Screwloose set that was "leaked" at the same time. So I added that set there for anyone interested in it.

That doesn't seem to be the case, I actually went over my statement, I was charged up front for Danny's box. So I guess for the TMNT stuff it's all up front, regardless on if you buy one or all four.

Though that sucks that no matter what, it's an upfront situation for something you won't see for a while, full of excess "loot" to raise the price. I'm annoyed with Scrag being the all-4 bonus, but hopefully they never do a character I deem as absolutely essential that same way. I'll be a little more than just annoyed in that case...

As far as I recall, in that last interview, Randy was talking about the Mirage line taking turns with the video game line and to be sold at specialty stores. So like BBTS, EE, ect. To which, I am very okay with that. Much like you, I'm so tired of the target scenario.
