The Mirage Turtles are generally okay from what I've experienced. Don't have mine anymore, but my set was fine for the couple of years I owned them.

I’d been on the fence all week, but I took the plunge, and ordered Tokka and Rahzar, in the final hours of the preorder. I was also able to trade my extra movie Casey and Raph set for a toon Casey and Foot Soldier set. So I feel like this ends the Neca Turtles slump for me, at least for a while.
It's so bizarre - so many people want NECA Turtles but so few can actually get them. I've had other things to focus on lately (Cobra Island) so I haven't been ruminating over not seeing anything new since the light-green Turtles how many months ago (still salty about no Bebop/Rocksteady, though). Now I'm starting to feel a bit irritated. Metalhead isn't exactly an A-list character, and I don't think these are actually selling out in my area - I think they're not actually coming in around my area because I was hitting Target pretty much every day and nada.
Bit the bullet on Tokka & Rahzar. $92 shipped, whoof. I was on the fence but figured I'd grab the four turtles + Shredder and his mutant babies for my display. Think I'll bow out after that. If I end up not completing the collection, I'll just flip it for what I paid + a little extra.
Passed on Tokka and Rahzar. Would have been $93 for me. Just too much. So, I'm passing on any figures based on Secret of the Ooze. I'll stick with the first movie based figures, which I really only need April from. I liked movie 2 when it first came out but watching it recently, blah. NECA is really ramping up their profit margin on things sold on their site. No splitting the profits with Target/Walmart. Seems Tokka and Rahzar's price at Walmart would have been $70 like their site, if it had been sold there.
This figure just made deciding on Neca and S7 for future characters a very difficult decision. Hes cool as shell.
My NECA Turtles won't be posed too often or have parts swapped. My Super 7 Turtles will probably see more action rather than single static poses, I've been really lucky so far, most of them came without too many problems of tightness requiring the hair dryer fix, but considering how difficult it is to get a replacement if anything breaks. Also pretty impressed they are putting Super Shredder up on Necastore. Not sure if I'll get him there or what, maybe have to, will wait to see. I mean I placed an order for Tokka & Rahzar just last week without any problems, pretty surprised they were still in stock.
The figures haven't been made yet. They are essentially made to order. It can't sell out. They will make however many are preordered. If 180,000 are preordered, they will have 180,000 made. I'm sure they will make a few more for broken ones but it was a 1 time shot. They said no more will be made after that.
Unfortunately Super Shredder is still a Walmart release and will only be available on the Neca store in limited quantities like the Turtles 2-packs since Neca is handling the online sales for those exclusives.
Is it just me, or does Toon Casey's head look a bit large for his body? Like not as bad as the Toon April's balloon head, but it just looks a bit too big. Especially when seeing him next to Toon Shredder.
