Stuff is placed/stocked by a neca employee or some 3rd party worker (and I don’t mean our TF 3P companies) that only goes to the target(s) on certain days. There was a HUGE neca box in a target cart, but that’s not to say how the tmnt sets were packed. They might very well fill up their own ‘fruit basket of toys’ by using a big box (or few) for a/each store by pulling a variety of shipped boxes of various characters & assemble a mixture for what they’ll bring to a store to restock the shelves. What “other three two packs” are you referring to? There were 4 neca tmnt toon 2-packs being sold earlier this year at target (Leo & shredder, Donnie & krang, and the other two turtles came with a foot soldier). I don’t think I saw any of them in stock on target online or in the target app. Are you looking for just the B&R set or are you looking for the turtle combos as well? The store I was at yesterday had over 5 B&Rs, but only 2 or 3 L&Ds. I didn’t see any M&Rs.
I'm glad I ordered B&S online because I was just at this store Tuesday so they must have put these out yesterday.
I found Bebop and Rocksteady. Good news is all the joints seems to be working, bad news is they didn’t pack the 2nd small blaster, but I guess it isn’t a huge deal... Not sure how far I’ll go with this line, but I’m definitely looking forward to the Krang suit.
I've been going out and looking again recently, and I've only been spotting Bebop and Rocksteady. I haven't seen the 4 turtles the past few days. I haven't seen Foot soldiers either. Forgot to mention, if you pay over 100 you get like 20 off and if you pay over 150 you get 40 off.
Shoutout to the douche who had all eight sets piled up next to him while he was searching on his phone, if you think you are going to make money on those now good luck. I expect them to be returned in 2 weeks.
Not something to do for everyone but I'm that a-hole that would fake bump into you to knock that them out your grasp, apologize for it, offer you a hand in picking them up, and walk off with whatever I have picked up. I freaking hate scalpers and sneaker bots, may their testicles and or lower lips freezer burn off in the 3rd ring of Hell.
I haven't even gone into a Target yet, I should go this weekend. Hope they've made it to San Diego by now.
Everyone running around looking for a Neca Bebop and Rocksteady (not to mention reports of one of them constantly being found with broken ankles) and I'm just sitting here with my Playmates Classics versions thinking "yeah, these are fine".

Do what I did yesterday when I saw some asshole doing just that. I walked right up to the guy took one from him and dared him to try something. He didn't. I walked away with a Bebop and Rocksteady.
Where is all this fun happening? I live in NYC, and I have never seen a scalper, then again I go into an actual store one or two times a year.
Can't say I've ever done this. Been tempted to a couple of times, here in Florida bad things would likely happen thanks to the 'stand your ground' law.
Oh it was VERY dumb on my part. My girlfriend chewed me out behind it. Still, the guy had 5 copies of Bebop and Rocksteady.
I whole heartedly agree but I needed 2x Bebop and I had to 2nd market the Playmates ver. which was a deal since I got both for $80 amd they were going for that price individually. Now I have a Bebop for each of my unique displays Yeah boys are used doe anything of commodity online, concert tickets, superbowl tickets, shoes, purses, and now even toys from time to time
Well I picked up two ‘canisters’ of this guy when TRU was going out of business... Target has $25 off $100 spent on toys or board games, and $10 off $50 spent on toys or board games. Is it me or is the distribution much on these neca figures much better than the prior neca 2packs? Did the company mention more in quantity to be made for this run and/or better distribution? Most times it seems that Leo is the figure (of prior releases) that seems to sell the fastest (e.g. neca movie, neca toon 2-pack with shredder); but this time around, I’ve seen multiple target locations with the Leo & Don 2-pack, and only one location with the B&R 2-pack... actually already picked an extra of each to potentially trade with someone, but then I saw these: ...This one set of each (M & R; and FS) was the only sighting I’ve had for either.
