Love this figure. TE did a fantastic job mimicking the Matrix chamber from the Movie. I felt the need to add to it though, as the windows are too transparent and the insides of the doors too unfinished. Built a small add-on kit of two chest inserts, modeled on the inside of his doors in the Movie. Built out of styrene and painted, with chrome silver vinyl on the inside facing the tinted blue windows. They fit pefectly, and utilise carpet tape to hold them in place, so the figure can be returned to stock easily.
I know what my next print design is going to be. I have foil in the windows now but this makes it 10x better and really finishes it off. I didn't realize there was so much room to spare in there.
Thank you dude. Yeah, there's a couple of mm. The inside of the doors also curves both ways, and has a tiny little raised bit, like a tab just inside the 'glass' that I had to account for too by building a small slot into the surface.
Whoa, you even included the little notches around the edges. I've been meaning to try something like this but haven't got around to it. Maybe I'll do that soon.
