Damn, my condolences to his family. Cancer survivor myself, so known its always the back in the back of my mind.

Another lost great member to our community, RIP.

 

Really sad news. The mental, physical and emotional struggle; cancer is such an affliction in our times. Hope his family and loved ones pull through. Praying for him to find peace where he is now.

 

And the world is a little less bright without you friend. R.I.P.

Another great soul lost, but what beautiful memories to be gained. I lost my father to cancer 16 years ago. So very sorry. So many talented taken by cancer. 
The love and passion of his wwork will surely be missed. Rest in peace brother.

 

TCracker shed light on a small corner of history, and let it be known that light was greatly appreciated by many people. His pictures were beautiful and his loss is great. May he rest in peace, knowing he made the world a better place, one photo at a time.

He was a helpful and down to earth person. Sigh. :'(

 

Liver cancer is brutal. Very low survival rates. A few years back my aunt started feeling kind of crappy in the fall. At first her doctor told her it was dehydration, but by Thanksgiving they realized it was liver cancer. By March we'd lost her.

I feel for anyone who goes through that. But it's especially sad when it happens to one of your own. I didn't know Simon personally, but I'm going to miss his posts just the same. He always seemed to have such enthusiasm for whatever new figure he was taking pictures of at the moment.

 

I can't say I had the privilege of being a true friend, but it's clear from all these comments that TCracker left a profoundly positive impact on this community. Thoughts and prayers to his family, and God bless his soul.
