Farewell. RIP Simon. Thank you for all your contributions.
He had mentioned a while back that he’d been fighting cancer, and had posted recently that his doctor said he didn’t have much time left. We were all hoping the doc was wrong…
So sorry to hear this news. TCracker (Simon) postings always appear matured, and fun at the same time.
This truly breaks my heart. For about a year I sat back and admired his photos—his true passion and love—on this very forum. I would just quickly scroll through threads looking vigilantly for his photos, each one more impressive than the last. He was part of the reason I got into the Masterpiece line and I’m so sad that I didn’t become a part of this community sooner.
I wish I got to know you better Simon. You’ll always be an inspiration to me. I’m just glad you can rest now and I hope somewhere up there you feel everyone’s love and appreciation for you.
I have not been on tfw for a while now and was not aware of his illness. Such sad news. I hope his friends and family are reading the lovely comments posted by the board members here and see what an influence he was. I especially loved the way he gave light to the Masterpiece speculation thread. You will be missed TCracker. RIP Simon.
Oh Wow, may he join the allspark and rust in piece
RIP. Thanks for all you've contributed.
Very sad news, to read. Prayers for his family.
Ironhide: Prime what’s wrong?
Optimus: Take a knee Ironhide, the universe just lost one of its brightest sparks.
May he Rest In Peace, Till All Are One.
There was never a dull thread if TCracker was involved. He made every single member feel warm and happy. He never started fights, and only wanted to share his passion of transformers and photography. He was a genuinely good soul and he will he missed.
This shit is surreal ... was he an insider in the industry tho? I remember he used to get hated on hardcore in the speculation thread and I was always uncertain what was really up, but he seemed like a standup guy and I always had his back ...
I haven't been around these boards long enough to have really known him, but I do remember a discussion we had in the mpm optimus thread, and it was a pleasant one. He seemed really friendly and genuine, and I always appreciated that. It really stings to see a fellow singaporean tf fan go, just like that. May you rest in piece, if only I had more opportunities to have gotten to know you better.
My he R.I.P.
This is pretty shocking. He’s gonna be missed for sure.
Damn this is really sad. I had heard something was up, but never knew it was so serious. Such a nice guy he was. Till all are one, buddy!
Sure is a sad day when you learn of a loss such as this... kinda humbles us and reminds us that we are all still human, even if just another screen name here on the boards to others.
What to say that you all haven't said already?
In the memory of one so positive and influential... how about we all be a better friend to everyone else on here, and keep the torch going in his memory... til all are one.
I've been looking at his photos on his Facebook page, and although I've never interacted with him, I guess who he was as a person.
He was a Transformers fan, with a gift for making high quality photographs of his collection.
And now, he's at rest.
Rest in Peace TCracker, and thank you for touching so many hearts within this community.
Sad sad day. Very humble dude. Talked to him often, especially during his cancer day, cause my mom battled it too and he was nice to everybody and even classy confronting douchebags, which argued that he tells this story for clicks. People are d****, but he wasn´t.
See you on the other side brother. RIP
TCracker's first ever Transformers toy was a G1 Ravage. Perhaps it is only fitting that the last toy picture he shared with us before he left was of Soundwave and Ravage.
Rest well, wherever you are.
