How did a micro master become his brother, and why the random name drop?

 

Best I can figure is someone wanted to capitalize on the shared color scheme.

 

Ruckus changed his nationality to "French" because he thought it'd make him a big hit with the fembots.

 

So wait....I'm confused. Is this the 7th mystery figure or is this the originally intended Ruckus?

Counterpunch will be last if Punch is the mystery seventh figure, same with Impactor will be last this time with the extra figure.

 

My First Aid's HFG also doesn't have the slot. Glad to see that Ruckus here does have it though.

 

I was hoping for Spinister honestly, but I was expecting Ruckus or Windsweeper before getting the other Targetmaster. Now I hope that Bludgeon and Windsweeper are next. Then Spinister, Impactor and the other guy.

Despite his disturbingly flesh coloured chesticle I'm looking forward to Ruckus popping up on my doorstep soon. He doesn't look half as good as Needlenose but he still looks damn nice. I can't call him Grabuge though, I just can't.

 

More generally, one of the three deluxe figures is the most likely candidate to be paired with the deluxe mystery figure, so expect at least one deluxe in the last third.

 

i guess that depends on whether or not you consider Pretender Optimus and Megatron to be deluxes or voyagers. arguments could be made for either. i tend to leans towards the deluxe end of that debate myself, due to the simplicity, hollowness, and low parts counts of the shells.

 

I was judging them as > deluxe based on box size for shipment. Especially if they are shipped with the legend figure and targetmaster in separate slots (rather than packed inside the shell, which would be insane).

Obviously, it also depends on who the mystery figure is - if it's a BW figure, pack him in with Fractyl. If he's a pretender-y figure (a la Botcon Metalhawk) he could go with either OP or Megs. Another fembot would get packed in with Lifeline. Punch or some other spy-adjacent figure with CP. Of course, even that line of logic assumes FunPub will pick a mystery figure who is related to one of the sub figures.

 

So does anyone know how to pronounce his french name? I mean I won't use it I just want to know.
