    Target Platinum Edition Silver Knight Optimus Prime (Amazon mold) up for pre order

    Just found this on the Target site. Up for pre order now and says available in stores September 14. It's the Amazon Optimus Prime with a Silver Knight deco. You can check it out here.

    Also found a pre order for the Target exclusive 6 pack of one step changers with a Silver Knight Optimus Prime. That's right here.

    Still getting that Silver Knight OP. But, I wish
    that concept was not taken out of the movie.

    This might go down as one of the worst repaints ever. If you could even call it that.

    With the theme of so much chrome in this line, you'd think they would have gone all out on "Silver Knight" Optimus Prime (something like the 2-pack Deluxe). But no, just a ton of solid light grey plastic. :/

    G2 and Universe (2003) ain't got shit on Silver Age Optimus Prime. Hey let's put chrome on every exclusive toy except for the one that ACTUALLY NEEDED IT!

    That's what I'm wondering. But...the packaging looks nice. The artwork looks decent. Nice silver OP. *looks at toy* My my, this silver OP sure looks.....grey.

    I called it a long time ago that there was no mythical silver Optimus to come in the movie, it was pretty obvious.

    I wonder if anyone will preorder or buy this? Sigh, who am I kidding.

    I'd buy it for like twenty bucks, maybe, and only cause I don't have the regular first edition. But then again probably not.
