I have been informed that Hasbro has contacted Target stores and told them to sell ROTF toys immediatly. My GF works the warehouse at my local Target and the word has just come down the wire.

Seriously? Cause if that's true then I'm hitting my local Target in the afternoon.

I expected this; if Wal-Mart is getting to break the street date early, I'd imagine Target would want in on that action as well. Looks like I'll have to swing by a Target on my way to check out the Wal-Marts this afternoon.

Yup. According to my source the word came from Hasbro directly and they started stocking the shelves before open this morning. You may want to call before you go in but it was a company wide messege.

lol, holy crap, if everyone starts selling this early, what does that do for TRU's "early" launch parties? :lol

A friend called me to let me know the local target's in the swing of stocking the shelves right now. Chromia, Skids, Ironhide...
No Fallen, though. I have no Fallen, and I'm up.

It would have been nice to have my target put something else out besides just the preview wave.

The only downside is that scalpers may see that FP.

I say keep it a secret and let it spread word of mouth to those we know. It'll spread to the right people.

Its apparently not a universal release.

I just went to the closest Target in walking distance, they still had nothing but a big empty space & a sign saying "Revenge of the Fallen- Coming May 30th."

I went. Target had Deluxes (no preview) and Voyagers out along with FABs and generic crap like Walkie Talkies etc. WM had Legends and preview figures only. Nothing bigger or normal release.

Anyway I'm going at midnight to the WM in the area. Gonna start at the far side of town, head across river and look in Henderson KY then back to the east side then to boonville and home.

I miss living in Pennsylvania. Nothing sold in Scranton so it was always easy finding good stuff. In Louisville, it seems that sheer luck is all one needs to come across anything GOOD.
