That would be the exact opposite of "an offer you can't refuse".
So Target wants us to buy from Wal Mart. Huh.
At last, I've learned what the exact polar opposite of "incentive" is.
And they expect you to pay for this cavalcade of dribbling arse-juice? Yeesh.
This is one of the most amazing things I've ever heard. This is better than snake oil with a rabbit foot bonus! This is better than rabies with a whooping cough bonus! This is better than having your ass kicked with steel toed boots to the groin as a bonus!
WHO SAYS TRANSFORMERS FANS CAN'T HAVE IT ALL!?
A 2-and-a-half-hour garbage movie and a 40 minute garbage webseries. What a great deal!
If anything it shows how you can fail with both a huge budget and a tiny budget.
Congratulations, Target. I now know where I'm definitely NOT buying my movie.
As if what you were getting already wasn't bad enough.
If Target has the 3D version, I might as well get it there.
Best Buy is too far to simply pop in and get it.
The Last Knight is spilled oil. Combiner Wars is a lit match. Thanks Target.
To be fair, adding Combiner Wars doesn't, and couldn't possibly, make me any less likely to purchase TLK than I already was....
I think the Marvel BB steelbooks do get scalped, they seem to always get sold out at the stores and almost online. From what I've been told it's based on the artwork on the steelbook itself and the movie as well.
It was actually probably for a video store. My best friend was the manager of the movie gallery in my home town and one Tuesdays he would have to go to Walmart and buy 10-20 copies of some movies so his store had copies to rent. Biggest ones would always be Warner Bros because Warner Bros had a deal with Block Buster for a 30 day exclusivity and he’d always have to pick them up but sometimes his store wouldn’t get other movies and had to pick some up.
Chances are this wasnt a scalper someone who owns, runs or works for a video store
Do video rentals even exist besides Redbox, lol?
On the bright side, adding Combiner Wars to the home release makes TLK looks less bad.
Uh... I loved Combiner Wars. (Still waiting excitedly for Titans Return)
There’s still some that float around. It’s certainly a more rational explanation than scalping
I don't think I've seen any in a while. Just businesses that used to be a video store.
In the words of Tony Schivone "that will really put some butts in their seats"
Two flops for the price of one!
I guess I'll return the copy i got at Walmart...
Yeah Family Video is pretty big around here.
Separate names with a comma.
