I think the navy blue is supposed to be representative of the show’s cell shading. He didn’t look truly black in the show, and I think the designers wanted to exaggerate it a bit to differentiate him from the Legacy Evo release[IMG]

I want Squeezeplay, as I feel like we've been a bit bereft of Decepticons of late, but that's about all. I'm happy with my OG Tarn but this is a cool alternative, and I don't need any prime figures after the Jet twins.

Now I'm also gonna have to track down a Fangry

So the yellowing is intentional? Great!

It looks like someone drew a smile in crayon on Tarn\'s mask while he was asleep! Bet he\'s pissed about it. Bet that dude is on \"the list.\"

Living outside the US, I won’t have a shot at this pack, but oh well. It’s a bit funny how lackadaisical they are with the “Cyberverse” name; the original Tarn release was a better match. But it’s fine since Cyberverse uses such all-purpose designs that any version of a character can stand in for them about as well.

For some reason the purple Tarantulas sets off my arachnophobia mildly (please no more realistic arachnid molds HasTak I am begging you), but the orange deco doesn’t. Might be the color separation between the body and legs; normal Kingdom Blackarachnia also gets me while her tan-legged Takara vs. deco doesn’t. Helps it more immediately register as a toy, maybe.

Would definitely be considering this if I didn’t have to import!

This set looks so good!! I love pretty much everything about it. I hope the turret on Tarn is finally tight on this figure, the reg release of Tarn and Bludgeon it was borderline criminally loose... barely holds its position...
Hope the joints on Cancer are tight as well--never been a big fan of that mold

With some retooling Tarn would make a nifty Megatron X.

I love that this set is essentially multiversal Spotlight Cliffjumper. Also, he'd look awesome with Malleus Minotaurus.

Yeah, that's the thing, this is really not Cyberverse Tarn - it's really a Perfect Decepticon. It would be awesome if they had went to the trouble to make one with the proper scars and a broken, severed arm.

It should be in a troop builder pack really, like the previous ones. Gonna be a few hanging around.

Then again, the Perfect Decepticons were basically just bulky variants of Tarn, pretty much missing all the color.

Maybe this is a Perfect Decepticon who wanted to be individual like Tarn, but actually changed their appearance.

100% level it up one notch and instead of the sword give us onyx primes crown. Tarn’s scars is what set him apart from the other perfect decepticons and is what I was hoping for. I also don’t feel like this is really a cyberverse tarn.

It's Anarchy Tarn who wants to demolish the Perfect Decepticon regime and expose the farce it actually is.
