    Shine is codenamed for something, and features not seen molds, but aside of that no idea.

    He uses the term Affinity too which is the name of one of the Game Developers currently working on a TF project, so maybe it has to do with that?

    He (wreckgar39) mentioned that for Buzzworthy Studio series vs packs. The “shine” 2 packs are something different.

    Based on the replies, he's definitely referring to the game studio named "Certain Affinity" that's working on a TF game. Not sure how that relates to the word "Shine," though, since last I heard the game had the working title "Impact."
