If only they had an oversized version of KFC - KP-10 Hands for MP-12 to go along with this.

 

This doesn't scale well with 12 inch Weijiang Optimus, but would it scale well with an 18 inch(45cm) Optimus?

 

It would scale well with a 1:18th Optimus.

Personally I like how this scales with MPP-10. I always felt MP-10 was too much taller than MP carbots.

 

Just looking at the window frames, roof edges, etc, it seems to have much cleaner paintwork than any Takara or "normal sized" KO.

 

I had a rear corner panel that was missing the black paint apps, but nothing I can't fix in five minutes.

I think I like the Carbombya reference the most. Though, I do like CC's vehicle preference. CoooooBRAAAAAAAA!

Hmmm. Now I kinda wanna build an AC and get custom "CoooooBRAAA!" badges for the sides. So few would get it.

This is literally a dream come true for me. Masterpiece style G1 Transformers in 1/18 scale, PLEASE make them all. You can have my money now.

 

Does anyone have a comparison pics with mpp-10 in both modes? If they scale right I might get them

I just opened mine... Wow it's big!  

And so much cleaner along the seams than the real thing. It doesn't scale with any other TF in my collection, but my God it feels like the ultimate Masterpiece Sideswipe (opening it I got that same feeling I got back when MP-01 came out). Everything has a satisfyling clunk and click to it, the plastic feels nice and thick (I guess it would being upscaled, but it's quite the contrast from MP-12's thin flaps). Overall this thing makes me appreciate the original design of the figure so much more.

Surprised to see KO-style 'Lambor' and 'Cantach' on the rear end, but aside from that he's glorious!

Alright, ya'll convinced me I need to add this. If the QC is on par to Wei Jiang's, then it's all good. Based off the back of the box (and knowing how much this mold has been used), I almost think they used Red Alert's head on purpose, and will include a proper Sideswipe head with Red Alert or Tigertrack to entice people to buy another.
