It was a Hasbro Asia reissue, it was more expensive.

My wife just ordered that $249.99 Dinobot for my bday present. It’ll show up in late July from the sound of it.

She’s kind of awesome. :D  She also got me MP Primal & Cheetor as an anniversary present a couple years ago.

Big buddy! Did you make sure it isn't a KO? That is if you are focused on getting the officials ones. If not looking forward to your enjoying either versions. I'm just a recent fan convert to this awesome character.

For that price it better not be a KO one! Pretty sure all the KOs that I’ve seen are around the $100 mark. This one I think was just $249 because it’s a new reissue? It’s the one I posted the pic of above. But near as I can tell it’s all legit.

There's a lot of production and shipping delays happening around the world still, and while the worst of them have passed, something that was marked for release in July probably had to be on the deck by late-April at least. It may be as simple as that.

Frankly, if TT had to choose between a re-release and a new figure (Tigatron maybe?), my bet would be that they'd choose the new figure since it'd shift more units. If it's a KO, well... that's kinda the name of the game there. Love or hate them, they're from companies that can sometimes be justifiably shut down, and they're very vulnerable to market and production shifts.
